What does an initial consultation with Lianna entail?
Every new client begins with an initial 90-minute consultation. During this time, we conduct a thorough review of your presenting complaint, evaluate signs and symptoms across various organ systems, and consider your past medical history, diet, and lifestyle. This comprehensive assessment enables us to identify the root cause of your symptoms or health condition, facilitating a more effective and rapid achievement of your health goals. Depending on your specific situation, further testing, such as blood work or functional testing, may be necessary. If required, you will receive the appropriate referrals during your consultation to complete and discuss in your subsequent appointment. At the conclusion of your session, you will receive an email outlining your personalised treatment plan, which may include nutritional and/or herbal prescriptions if deemed suitable.
All consultations are conducted online via Zoom or over the phone, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Should these options not be viable for you, please reach out, as my goal is to make healthcare accessible to all.
Follow-up consultations are 60 minutes in duration.
