HEY, I’M LIANNA!

YOUR WOMEN’S HEALTH ADVOCATE.

My Why

At 16, after being passed between doctor and specialist for many years for gut issues, I finally decided to see a naturopath. This naturopath changed the trajectory of my life. He armed me with the knowledge and power to take action for my health, and within a few months, I felt the best I ever had! This experience ignited a fire inside of me, and six years later, I decided to study Naturopathy. Since then, the passion has only deepened and the studying, researching, and learning have not stopped!

Why Women’s Health?

There is gender bias in research—and it's a well-documented and ongoing issue across many scientific disciplines, but especially in health and medical research.

Conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, and menopause have been chronically underfunded and under-researched. This has contributed to misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis in women. On average, a woman waits 7 to 10 years for an endometriosis diagnosis after first experiencing symptoms! This is not okay!!!

These are highly prevalent and impactful conditions but have received a fraction of the research investment compared to male-dominated conditions.

This gender bias has led to:

  • Misdiagnosis or inappropriate treatments

  • Lack of effective therapies for women’s health issues

  • Greater side effects from medications

  • Gaps in our understanding of female biology

My Aim

To walk alongside you giving you the education and tools you require, so you can feel your best self and have autonomy over your own body. Nothing makes me happier than hearing a client say, 'I feel better!'
