1:1 personalised fertility care, grounded in testing, not guesswork.
Because you deserve real answers, not dismissal.
Fertility can feel confusing and overwhelming to navigate alone. That's where I come in. I'm Lianna, a clinical naturopath with expertise in fertility. Think of me as the fertility naturopath in your back pocket for the entire journey, here to answer your questions and help things make sense.
Did you know?
"Have I left it too late?"
It's the question we hear most, and it's rarely as simple as a yes or no. Age matters, but so does what's actually going on for you, which is exactly what testing tells us instead of guessing. Whether you're 28 or 41, the next right step is the same: find out what's actually happening in your body, then build a plan around it.
This is for you if…
You want to optimise your health before trying to conceive.
You’ve been trying without success and want a thorough, root-cause approach.
You live with a reproductive or hormonal condition affecting your cycle or fertility.
You’re preparing for, or already going through, IVF or other assisted treatment and want to support it.
You want comprehensive care and a clinical fertility naturopath in your back pocket for the journey, whenever you may have a question
Care that’s personalised, collaborative, and honest.
Testing, not guessing
We start by understanding what’s actually going on. That means making smart use of the pathology your GP can request under Medicare, and adding targeted functional testing only where a result would genuinely change your plan — never as a routine upsell. Clear information means a focused protocol, so you’re not spending money guessing.
Both partners matter
Sperm health is half of the picture, and male factors contribute to a large share of fertility challenges — yet they’re often overlooked. Our couples program assesses and supports both partners together, including specialised semen analysis through a dedicated andrology service.
Working alongside your medical team
Good fertility care is collaborative. We write to your GP and specialists, request appropriate testing, and make sure everyone is working toward the same goal. Naturopathic care complements your medical care — it never replaces it.
Realistic and grounded
We won’t promise you a baby — no one honestly can. What we can do is methodically optimise the things that are within your power to change, and support your body to be as ready as it can be.
If you’ve been told your symptoms are "normal," your labs are "fine," or that you should "just relax" and it hasn't sat right with you, you're not alone, and you're not wrong to want more answers.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Book a free discovery call. Before we speak, you'll complete a short health and fertility survey, so our first conversation goes straight to what matters for you instead of starting from a blank page. From there, we work out together which program fits; you don't need to have that figured out yourself first.
-
It depends on what's going on for you, but we always start with the pathology your GP can request, generally covered by Medicare, before considering anything else. We only add functional or private testing where a result would genuinely change your plan, never as a routine extra. You'll understand exactly what each test is for and what it will tell us before we order it.
-
Your program fee covers your consultations, protocols, treatment plans, referrals and resources. Private pathology, specialist lab work and prescribed supplements are billed directly to you by those providers, at their own rates, so you only ever pay what the labs and brands charge. We'll give you a clear estimate of likely additional costs after your very first consult, before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises later. Most importantly, we will always work within your budget and tailor your plan to your individual circumstances.

No, it works alongside them. We write to your GP and specialists, request appropriate testing, and make sure everyone's working toward the same goal. Naturopathic care complements your medical care; it's not a substitute for it, and we'll never suggest delaying medical treatment in favour of it.
-
That's really common, and it's okay to start on your own. Fertility affects both partners, so part of our conversation can be about how to bring them into the process at a pace that feels right for your relationship. If you wish to do the program as an individual, that is more than fine. You have the option of package 1, or please get in touch for a price on the comprehensive fertility program for an individual.

Yes. You can message me any time, and I'll reply Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You're not on your own between consults, you've got a fertility naturopath in your corner for the whole journey, not just the hour you're booked in.
-
Honestly, a lot of what's online is generic, and often contradictory, much of it is someone else's experience, not evidence built around yours. Here, you're working directly with me, a clinical naturopath who specialises in fertility, on a plan built from your own results, reviewed and adjusted as those results come in, not left on a shelf. And if a question comes up between appointments, just message me directly. I reply Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
-
No one can honestly promise that, and we won't. What we can do is methodically address the things that are within reach. Your hormones, your cycle, your nutrition, your partner's sperm health, and any underlying conditions, so your body is as ready as it can be.
-
Alongside it, always. This isn't a cheaper alternative to IVF, and we'd never suggest delaying medical treatment to save money. With the average IVF cycle costing a minimum of $7000 out of pocket in Australia, it's completely understandable to want every cycle to count.
That's where egg (and sperm) quality comes in — it plays a real role in fertilisation, embryo development and outcomes, whether you're conceiving naturally or with assistance. Since it takes roughly 100 days for an egg to mature, the months before your cycle are a genuine window to support that quality, not just something to get through while you wait. Many of our clients use this program to prepare their body in the lead-up to IVF, alongside their fertility specialist's care.
Chelsea’s story
If you’re not sure which program fits, book a discovery call, and we’ll work out the right program for your needs.

MEET YOUR NATUROPATH
Hi, I’m Lianna, A Clinical Naturopath With A Deep Passion For Reproductive Health and Fertility!
I'm especially passionate about supporting women, because for too long we've been under-researched, under-supported, and too easily dismissed — and that gap is felt most acutely when you're trying to conceive. Conditions like endometriosis and PMOS (previously PCOS) can make the path to pregnancy harder, and they're real, complex, and far too often misunderstood. I'm here to help change that.
My approach blends genuine, evidence-based care with real-life strategies that fit the life you actually live. I'll walk alongside you and your partner, where it helps, with compassion and curiosity: listening properly, looking beyond your symptoms for the root cause, and preparing your body for the strongest possible start.
Because nothing lights me up more than having a client say, "I'm pregnant!"
