1:1 personalised fertility care, grounded in testing, not guesswork.

Because you deserve real answers, not dismissal.

Fertility can feel confusing and overwhelming to navigate alone. That's where I come in. I'm Lianna, a clinical naturopath with expertise in fertility. Think of me as the fertility naturopath in your back pocket for the entire journey, here to answer your questions and help things make sense.

Did you know?

"Have I left it too late?"

It's the question we hear most, and it's rarely as simple as a yes or no. Age matters, but so does what's actually going on for you, which is exactly what testing tells us instead of guessing. Whether you're 28 or 41, the next right step is the same: find out what's actually happening in your body, then build a plan around it.

This is for you if…

  • You want to optimise your health before trying to conceive.

  • You’ve been trying without success and want a thorough, root-cause approach.

  • You live with a reproductive or hormonal condition affecting your cycle or fertility.

  • You’re preparing for, or already going through, IVF or other assisted treatment and want to support it.

  • You want comprehensive care and a clinical fertility naturopath in your back pocket for the journey, whenever you may have a question

Care that’s personalised, collaborative, and honest.

Testing, not guessing

We start by understanding what’s actually going on. That means making smart use of the pathology your GP can request under Medicare, and adding targeted functional testing only where a result would genuinely change your plan — never as a routine upsell. Clear information means a focused protocol, so you’re not spending money guessing.

Both partners matter

Sperm health is half of the picture, and male factors contribute to a large share of fertility challenges — yet they’re often overlooked. Our couples program assesses and supports both partners together, including specialised semen analysis through a dedicated andrology service.

Working alongside your medical team

Good fertility care is collaborative. We write to your GP and specialists, request appropriate testing, and make sure everyone is working toward the same goal. Naturopathic care complements your medical care — it never replaces it.

Realistic and grounded

We won’t promise you a baby — no one honestly can. What we can do is methodically optimise the things that are within your power to change, and support your body to be as ready as it can be.

If you’ve been told your symptoms are "normal," your labs are "fine," or that you should "just relax" and it hasn't sat right with you, you're not alone, and you're not wrong to want more answers.

MEET YOUR NATUROPATH

Hi, I’m Lianna, A Clinical Naturopath With A Deep Passion For Reproductive Health and Fertility!

I'm especially passionate about supporting women, because for too long we've been under-researched, under-supported, and too easily dismissed — and that gap is felt most acutely when you're trying to conceive. Conditions like endometriosis and PMOS (previously PCOS) can make the path to pregnancy harder, and they're real, complex, and far too often misunderstood. I'm here to help change that.

My approach blends genuine, evidence-based care with real-life strategies that fit the life you actually live. I'll walk alongside you and your partner, where it helps, with compassion and curiosity: listening properly, looking beyond your symptoms for the root cause, and preparing your body for the strongest possible start.

Because nothing lights me up more than having a client say, "I'm pregnant!"
