Online Women’s Health Clinic
Fertility, Hormones & Gut Health (Australia-wide)
You've been told your bloods are normal. But you're exhausted, your cycle does its own thing, and you know something isn't right. I hear this from women every week.
I'm a naturopath, and I work with women on their hormones, fertility, thyroid and gut, all online, wherever you are in Australia. My job is to look properly at what's going on, work out what's actually driving it, and build a plan that fits your life.
I support women with:
Fertility and preconception care
PMS, PMDD and irregular cycles
PMOS (formerly PCOS) and endometriosis
Thyroid conditions like Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism
Gut and microbiome health
Recurrent infections, including vaginal microbiome concerns
Pregnancy and the postpartum stretch
What happens in a consult?
We meet on a secure video call, so you can do it from your kitchen table. No commute, no waiting room.
From there:
I take a proper, detailed history (the part most people feel rushed through)
We use functional and pathology testing where it actually helps
You get a personalised, evidence-based plan
We adjust it as we go
The aim is long-term change by addressing what sits underneath your symptoms, not just quieting them for a week.
How I work I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and I am an investigator at heart. I blend traditional naturopathic medicine with current research, and I won't hand you a generic protocol off a shelf. Your body, your history, your plan.
Want to talk it through? Book a free discovery call. Tell me what's going on, and we'll work out whether I'm the right fit for you. No pressure.

Yes. Online preconception naturopath consultations are ideal if you’re planning pregnancy in the next 3–12 months. Egg and sperm development occurs over 90 days, so meaningful changes are typically seen over 3–6 months.
-
Yes. We can provide referrals for standard pathology testing (such as blood tests) to help assess key areas including hormones, thyroid function, iron status, and metabolic health. These can often be completed through local pathology providers. Where appropriate, we may also recommend additional functional testing to gain deeper insight into areas such as the gut microbiome, nutrient status, or hormonal patterns.
-
In Australia, most pathology tests ordered by a naturopath are not covered by Medicare. However, I work with both standard pathology providers and specialised functional laboratories to ensure testing is clinically relevant and tailored to your presentation. If Medicare-covered testing is appropriate, I can guide you on what to discuss with your GP.
-
Not always. Testing can be a helpful tool, but it is not required to begin. Many treatment plans can be initiated based on your symptoms, health history, and clinical presentation. Testing is used strategically where it will meaningfully inform your care.
-
Yes. Naturopathic care can be used alongside conventional medical care. I often work collaboratively with GPs and specialists to ensure a comprehensive and well-integrated approach to your health.
-
Your initial consultation involves a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, menstrual cycle (where relevant), diet, lifestyle, and any previous test results. From this, you will receive a personalised treatment plan, which may include dietary guidance, lifestyle strategies, targeted supplementation, and testing recommendations where appropriate.
-
All herbal medicines and supplements are prescribed based on your individual presentation, health history, and clinical needs. Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised treatment plan outlining recommended products, dosages, and timing. Where appropriate, I utilise practitioner-only supplements and evidence-based herbal formulations to ensure quality, safety, and therapeutic efficacy. Prescriptions are typically dispensed via an online dispensary and delivered directly to your door, making the process simple and convenient.
